Print by Vladimir Pavlosky. Done in the style of Maxfield Parrish and Robert Atkinson Fox. 
This is an old print in near fine condition measuring 12 1/2 by 16 1/2 inches(including the thin white borders which are 1/4 inch on each side). Unframed.
The deep colors and pastels are very vibrant.
