Damaged items: Although we take the utmost care in safely packing our shipments once they are out of our hands we have no control. Insurance is included in the shipping price.

If you receive a damaged item please keep ALL packing, damaged pieces and the original box. Take several pictures and bring the contents, packing, and damaged item(s) to your local post office to file a claim or go to and click on the help menu.
